At Markhauser Homes, we recognize the importance of understanding our customers' personalities in order to best suit their needs. We begin each project with their set of house plans and work together with our customers to modify interior and exterior features to fit their lifestyle.

Design Process

The first step in working with us is to meet for an initial consultation session. At this time we will gather information to specifically define your lifestyle preferences and budget. We will discuss every aspect of what you are looking for in a home – from number of bedrooms to setting, your building lot or ours, to style. We will identify, analyze and prioritize what it is that you want and need. You, the homebuyer become a critical part of every aspect of the design process.

The information gathered during the consultation session will serve as the basis for your new home design. We will then meet with you to present your new home, fine-tune any details necessary, discuss and approve the budget and timetable to create your new home.
